Spinning® at the Y

This one hour group workout will strengthen your cardiovascular system and improve muscular strength and endurance while riding on specialized bikes accompanied by fun and motivating music.

Members: Free
Potential Members: $10/day pass

What to Bring and Wear

  • Bring a towel and water bottle
  • Padded bike shorts, cross trainer or bike shoes, and heart monitor are recommended

Making & Cancelling a Reservation

  • Call the Welcome Center at 808-242-9007 or reserve online through the button below up to a week in advance from the current day
  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to the start of class with the Welcome Center or by deleting your reservation online
    • Reservations can be cancelled by clicking on “Click here to remove yourself from this program” on the email confirmation you receive when the reservation is initially made
  • Please note that there is a $25 No Show Fee should you fail to show up for your reserved time
